Make and Take: Pasta Tuesdays with Chef Brian
Come learn about how to create this traditional El Salvadoran street food! Pupusas can be filled with one or a combinations of beans, cheese and/or pork. They are gluten free and can be made vegetarian. Curtido is a tangy cabbage slaw and salsa roja is a spicy salsa.
Each guest will make their own food to take home. We will be broken down into groups of two per distanced station, so bring a partner or meet someone new!
