Sweet and Savoury Tarts with Ludovic
In this class Chef Ludovic with share with you how to make a sweet and a savoury tart. These recipes make classic french tart pastry which is different from a flaky pie crust; it is a more firm texture, similar to a cookie, that holds filling very well without getting soggy. Ludovic will also demonstrate two different types of fillings; a quiche style and a chocolate/strawberry tart.
